Troubleshooting a malfunctioning Cozmo
- Your Cozmo might not be operating your script correctly via the software development kit. There are multiple things to check. First check the connection is solid into the phone from the computer. Sometimes a loose connection can corrupt Cozmo when sending commands.

- If your Cozmo starts operating slowly and starts glitching you will need to reset it. First off try back up Cozmo in the app, then erase Cozmo and try again. If this fails, access the diagnostic menu and perform another factory reset. If it is still glitching wipe your app data after erasing Cozmo and start from scratch.

- EOS Failures: electrical overstress (EOS)
These can be caused by multiple issues from what I can gather, might need some clarification on this. If you have an EOS failure Cozmo will just shut off mid operation. First point of call, replace the battery. If it still persists, reclone the Cozmo apk turning OFF large heap support in the clone settings. If all else fails, get a new Cozmo.
